Flashing LIGHTS

(writing that sooo made me think of the song where is goes...."flashing lights..." you know in that creepy voice? But I cant think of what else happens in the song... LOL)

So the other day I went downtown to get Beaner from the train station. His train was coming in at 1:30 am. I get off the freeway and all the traffic lights are going crazy, blinking red and yellow. SO I was like ok. There was no one else out and about so it made it pretty easy not having to fight with traffic. I figured it was because there was an outage or something.

This morning Beaners train was leaving at 2 am. Again we went downtown and the lights were doing the same thing! We decided that at a certain time they turn the timers off and just do it so people have to treat them like stop signs. It was very confusing. But I made it home safely.

And might I mention, Downtown Spokane in the wee morning hours is NOT fun. Seriously it is like a ghost town, all you see are bums. Kinda scary.
