Wait...Did I move to Antartica?

No joke, I knew when I moved here that the winters were extreme. I knew they got lots of snow, an dit stayed around for a long long time. What I didnt know was how extreme the temps are! I guess I just assumed the snow stayed put just as well at 32* as it does... oh lets say -13*! Thats right, I am living in negative temperatures!!!!!! I have never gone out side, during the middle of the day and had it be in the negatives, low 20's yes, maybe even the teens, hardly. But NEGATIVE! Seriously I am comparing the weather here, to antartica. I didnt know it got this cold any where else, except Alaska, and the other country on the other half of the earth... What is that one called?

Went winter shopping with Anna today. Looked for a nice big jacket and accessories that are the norm here. We looked at everything but I couldnt find the eskimo shoes! You know the tennis racket shoes? Apparantly they are too cool for those. I bought a few beanies, my first winter beanies! Heres a pic of my favorite one. Soon enough I will be a winter babe!

Oh ps: I went to park in my garage tonight, I thought hey why not, my car wont be frozen in the morning... except my garage is frozen shut... Joy
