I know what you mean…
Once when I was about 15 years old working in a grocery store I noticed a handsome young man holding a bag of groceries in one hand trying to scoop a watermelon up out of his cart with his free hand…it was not working out so well for him. So, being the best courtesy clerks I could be, I asked him if I could help him get it up! WOW! Totally innocent words clearly heard by my co-workers, customers and of course the handsome young man…you can only imagine the shade of red I was, I’m sure it was the same shade you turned when came up with your little vocabulary blunder!
